Priority Service - A full-time office staff is here to answer your calls and questions.

Priority Communication - The full-time Real Estate Appraisal Coordinator immediately contacts the borrower for an appointment. You will receive confirmation of the appointment, along with when you can expect to receive copy of the report by email.

Priority Turnaround - Utilizing our email capabilities, appraisals are available in 1-2 days from the time of inspection. Extended market counties may require an extra day or two.

Commercial Appraisals - Our Commercial Appraisals are done by highly qualified MAIs.
